We’re Hiring: UI/UX Intern at LaFetch

LaFetch is India’s freshest fashion destination — homegrown brands, delivered in 60 minutes across Delhi NCR.

We build fast. We design faster.

And we obsess over creating an experience that feels premium, intuitive, and addictive.

Now we need someone who can help shape how India uses LaFetch — from the first tap to the last checkout.

This isn’t a “make some screens” role.

This is a product-defining, experience-shaping role.

You’ll be part of the core 0→1 team — the ones crafting the flow, usability, and micro-interactions that make LaFetch feel seamless on every click.

What You’ll Actually Be Doing

• Designing clean, conversion-focused UI screens for the app and website
• Improving user flows to reduce friction and increase retention
• Creating wireframes, prototypes, and interaction ideas for new features.
• Bringing structure, clarity, and intention to every single screen
• Studying user behavior and proposing improvements
• Creating UI components and mini design systems that scale as we grow
• Ensuring the LaFetch look stays premium, minimal, and fashion-forward
• Making micro-interactions and transitions that feel smooth and modern

This is not a casual internship.

This is 0→1 building. This is speed. This is ownership.

If you want to learn real product design, move fast, and actually see your work go live in an app used across Delhi NCR — you’ll love this seat.

Onsite. 5 days a week. Gurgaon office.

Because real collaboration doesn’t happen on Zoom.

Delhi NCR candidates preferred.

If you’re from another state and committed — welcome.

Just note: travel & stay aren’t covered separately.

Weekends are off — recharge however you like.

You’ll Fit Right In If You Are

• Obsessed with clean interfaces and intuitive flows
• Always questioning why users click, scroll, drop, or convert
• Fast, focused, and comfortable iterating 20 times to get it right
• A problem-solver who designs with purpose, not decoration
• Someone who understands modern app and website patterns, trends, and interactions

Who We’re Looking For

• Strong understanding of UI principles, layouts, hierarchy, spacing
• Strong skills in Figma (auto-layout, components, prototyping), Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe XD
• Interest in UX thinking, user flows, and behavior-driven design
• Ability to turn rough ideas into clean wireframes
• Familiarity with app patterns for e-commerce (bonus!)
• Someone who wants ownership, not just tasks
