UI/UX & Graphic Designer

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer with strong Graphic

Design skills to join our team. The ideal candidate will design engaging user interfaces and

seamless user experiences while also contributing to branding, visual assets, and marketing

designs. This role requires a strong understanding of both digital product design

and graphic creativity, ensuring consistency across applications and brand communication.

Key Responsibilities

UI/UX Design

 Design and deliver high-quality user interfaces for web and mobile applications.

 Create wireframes, prototypes, and interactive mockups to communicate design ideas.

 Conduct user research, usability testing, and feedback analysis to enhance user experience.

 Collaborate with developers to ensure design feasibility and consistency.

 Maintain design systems, style guides, and UI component libraries.

Graphic Design

 Develop visual assets including banners, social media creatives, presentations, and print

materials.

 Work on branding materials such as logos, brochures, and marketing collateral.

 Create compelling illustrations, icons, and infographics to support digital and offline

campaigns.

 Ensure all designs align with brand identity and communication guidelines.

Required Skills & Qualifications

 Bachelor’s degree in Design, Fine Arts, Multimedia, or related field (preferred).

 2–5 years of experience in UI/UX and graphic design.

 Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch or similar UI/UX tools.

 Strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After

Effects).

 Understanding of responsive design principles for web and mobile.

 Knowledge of HTML, CSS, or front-end basics (added advantage).

 Ability to translate business needs into visually appealing designs.

 Strong communication, attention to detail, and time management skills.

Preferred Skills

 Experience with motion graphics/animations.

 Knowledge of branding strategy and marketing design trends.

 Prior experience working with cross-functional product teams.
