Role Overview: As a versatile UI/UX cum Graphic Designer at Asituj, your primary responsibility will be to seamlessly blend visual storytelling with user-centric design to deliver high-impact digital experiences. You will play a crucial role in creating a massive volume of web pages, digital assets, and social media creatives tailored to the US audience and festive calendar. Your work will shape how users interact with the company's website, brand, and campaigns across various platforms. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct UI/UX research through surveys, user interviews, and competitor benchmarking. - Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for website pages. - Ensure design consistency, accessibility, and responsiveness across different devices. - Collaborate with developers to ensure the smooth implementation of UI designs. - Conduct user testing, gather feedback, and optimize user journeys. - Design creatives for digital banners, flyers, brochures, and social media posts. - Develop and maintain brand guidelines including color palettes, typography, and visual themes. - Create marketing collateral such as ad creatives, infographics, email templates, and presentations. - Design for both digital (web, email, social media) and physical formats (print-ready files). Qualifications Required: - Strong UI/UX design capabilities using tools like Figma, XD, wireframes, and prototyping. - Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign. - Good understanding of responsive design and web aesthetics. - Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS (not mandatory but helpful). - Ability to create assets tailored to US cultural trends and festivals.
