UI/UX Frontend Developer

About The Role
You will be the dedicated builder of the user-facing platform, ensuring Audience Access is perceived as the superior, elegant replacement for print. Your focus is on creating intuitive workflows for the Content Management OS and high-fidelity, polished presentation for the audience.
Key Responsibilities
Frontend Development & UX Design (80%)
- Workflow Implementation: Build the frontend interface for the Content Management OS (Pillar 1), creating clean, collaborative input and multi-step approval workflows that transform complex internal processes into simple, streamlined tasks.
- Audience Experience: Implement Flipboard-style page turning and elegant full-page ad placements, ensuring a mobile-first, high-fidelity experience that rivals traditional publishing.
- Data Visualization: Develop the Audience Intelligence Dashboard (Pillar 2), clearly visualizing the Acquisition Funnel Score (AFS) and Micro-Marketing Agent tools for clients.
- FinTech UI: Build the simple, intuitive user interface for the Self-Serve Ad Sales Platform (Pillar 3), elegantly masking the complex underlying FinTech logic.
Collaboration & Quality (20%)
- Work closely with the Lead Developer on API consumption and data rendering.
- Collaborate with Production Artists to translate design files (Figma/Sketch) into high-performance, accessible, and maintainable frontend code.
The Ideal Candidate Will Possess:
- Experience: 3+ years of professional frontend development and UI implementation.
- Frameworks: Expert in a modern JavaScript framework (React, Vue, or Angular) and state management best practices.
- Design Implementation: Proven ability to translate complex design wireframes into pixel-perfect, responsive, and high-performance HTML/CSS/JS.
- UX/Aesthetics: Passion for excellent design, typography, and visual polish, especially for demanding clients in the arts/luxury segments.
- Performance: Experience optimizing frontend assets and code for rapid load times and smooth mobile transitions.
