Job Description

Position: UI/UX Expert & UI Lead Location: Thane Experience: 7+ years in UI/UX with strong hands-on experience in design and frontend delivery leadership Key Responsibilities Collaborate with product managers, BAs, and stakeholders to gather and understand business requirements Create user-centered designs including wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes using Figma Define UX flows, information architecture, and visual hierarchy Lead the frontend/UI development team to translate designs into responsive, high-quality web and mobile interfaces Conduct design reviews and ensure high usability, visual consistency, and brand alignment Work closely with developers (Flutter, React, Angular, etc.) to ensure smooth handoff and implementation Drive best practices for UI design and frontend coding within the team Be responsible for the UI delivery roadmap and team performance Required Skills Strong hands-on expertise with Figma (wireframing, prototyping, components, and design systems) Deep understanding of UX principles, UI trends, and responsive design Proven experience leading or mentoring frontend/UI teams Solid grasp of frontend technologies (Flutter preferred; React/Angular/HTML/CSS a plus) Strong collaboration and communication skills to work with cross-functional teams Ability to balance creativity with functionality and performance Proficiency in Design Thinking Process Nice To Have Experience conducting user testing or A/B testing Understanding of accessibility standards Exposure to design-to-code handoff tools (Zeplin etc.) Animation/micro interaction design experience Show more Show less
