UI/UX Developer

Company Overview:

One of the largest lab-grown diamond manufacturing companies is seeking a talented and creative UI/UX Developer to join our dynamic team. We are an innovation-driven organization focused on combining technology, craftsmanship, and sustainability to create a new era of diamonds.

Objective:

Design and develop user-friendly, responsive, and visually appealing interfaces that enhance user experience and align with the company’s digital vision.

Key Responsibilities:

• Understand and translate business requirements and user needs into effective, user-centric design solutions.
• Create wireframes, mockups, interactive prototypes, and final UI designs for web and mobile applications.
• Ensure design consistency, usability, and accessibility across all platforms.
• Collaborate closely with developers to ensure seamless design implementation.
• Conduct usability testing, analyze feedback, and refine designs to improve overall user experience.
• Develop and maintain a cohesive design system and component library.
• Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in UI/UX design.

Deliverables:

• User flows and wireframes
• Interactive prototypes
• Final UI designs and design system
• Handover files and specifications for development

Required Skills & Tools:

• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, and Photoshop
• Basic understanding of HTML/CSS (for design-to-development collaboration)
• Strong sense of visual design, typography, and layout principles
• Knowledge of responsive design and cross-platform compatibility
• Understanding of UX research, usability principles, and design systems

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Computer Science, or related field (preferred)
• 1–4 years of relevant experience in UI/UX design or front-end development
• A strong portfolio showcasing previous design projects is mandatory

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹32,000.00 - ₹37,000.00 per month
