Scope of Responsibilities/Expectations:
As a UI/UX Developer, you will be part of a world-class, highly motivated, highly skilled team of Network Management System developers who are committed to deliver carrier grade wireless equipment Management System to customers in various verticals starting from WISP/ISPs to Federal Governments. You will be a natural at understanding human-computer interaction design (HCID), in producing elegant solutions. You should be a firm believer of Cambium's mission,
Connecting the Un-Connected and Under-Connected

- Perform UI/UX development using Figma, Sketch, and Axure
- Collaborate with the team and stakeholders to create a design solution for new features
- Design, build, and maintain highly reusable JavaScript, HTML, and CSS code
- Provide developers with design hands-off assets
- Create and maintain digital assets, such as interface design files, wireframes, and interactive mockups using Figma, Sketch, and Axure
- Understand the limitations of our tech stack, business model, and provide technical advice wherever necessary
- Conduct research and deconstruct our user’s digital interactions and habits
Specific Knowledge/Skills:
- 3+ years of experience as a front-end developer
- 2+ years of experience as a UI/UX designer
- Extensive experience in UI/UX design using Figma, Sketch and Axure
- Expert knowledge of CSS, CSS extension languages (Less, Sass), and CSS preprocessor tools
- Expert knowledge of HTML5 and its best practices
- Strong knowledge of devices, advantages, and limitations. For example, mobile vs desktop vs tablet
- Proficiency using Git version control
