Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end design process—from user research, conceptualization, and wireframing to prototyping, testing, and final delivery.
• Create high-fidelity designs, user flows, and prototypes in Figma, ensuring consistency and scalability across products.
• Apply critical design thinking to challenge assumptions, uncover insights, and drive data-informed design decisions.
• Utilize generative design thinking methods to ideate and visualize innovative design concepts that enhance product usability and delight users.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to define design goals, product features, and usability standards.
• Establish and maintain a consistent design language system that aligns with brand identity and supports product scalability across platforms.
• Conduct usability testing, analyze feedback, and iterate designs based on user behavior and metrics.
• Contribute to the development of the product's visual identity through strong aesthetic judgment, attention to detail, and a deep understanding of visual hierarchy and typography.
• Demonstrate a high degree of initiative by proactively identifying design opportunities, advocating for user needs, and driving design excellence across the organization.
• Communicate design decisions effectively through strong verbal communication, presenting design rationales and engaging stakeholders in the design process.
  

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Visual Communication, or a related field.
• 5-9 years of professional experience in UI/UX design, preferably in SaaS product environments or fast-paced product organizations.
• Proven proficiency in Figma and other design tools (e.g., FigJam, Adobe XD, Miro, or similar).
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, accessibility standards, and interaction design best practices.
• Ability to balance critical analysis and creative problem-solving, turning abstract concepts into user-friendly digital experiences.
• Exceptional sense of aesthetics, with the ability to produce designs that are not only functional but visually appealing and emotionally engaging.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present and defend design ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams, understanding technical constraints, and optimizing for scalability.
• Strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX design work across web and mobile platforms, demonstrating end-to-end design thinking and execution.
  

Preferred Attributes:

• Experience designing for enterprise-grade SaaS platforms or data-rich applications.
• Familiarity with design systems, component libraries, and responsive design principles.
• Ability to mentor junior designers and contribute to a collaborative, design-driven culture
