Position Summary

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing intuitive, user-friendly, and visually appealing interfaces that enhance user experience across web and mobile platforms. This role involves working closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to translate business requirements into interactive design solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct user research, competitor analysis, and usability testing to understand user needs.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, storyboards, user flows, and high-fidelity designs for web and mobile applications.
• Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs.
• Maintain and update design systems, UI kits, and brand guidelines.
• Analyze user feedback and data to improve product usability and performance.
• Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and technologies.

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience as a UI/UX Designer or in a related role.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, Photoshop, Illustrator.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and responsive design.
• Experience in creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups.
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript is a plus.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• A strong design portfolio showcasing relevant projects.

Preferred Skills (Good to Have)

• Experience with motion graphics, micro-interactions, or animation tools (e.g., After Effects, Lottie).
• Familiarity with accessibility standards and WCAG guidelines.
• Exposure to Agile/Scrum development environments.
