Sr. HR Executive ( Female)

Senior HR Executive ( 3-5 years hands on Experienced)
Location: Chinarpark, New Town ,Kolkata

Reporting To: HR Manager / Director

There is an Opening Position in a proactive, dynamic, and experienced Senior HR Executive to manage end-to-end HR operations in our IT organization. The ideal candidate will handle recruitment, employee relations, payroll, statutory compliance, and HR administration while contributing to building a positive and productive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source, screen, and interview candidates for both technical and non-technical positions.
• Coordinate with department heads to identify current and future staffing requirements.
• Manage job postings on online portals, social media platforms, and the company website.
• Conduct onboarding, induction, and orientation programs for new hires.
• Address employee concerns, grievances, and conflicts in a timely and professional manner.
• Maintain and update employee records, HR databases, and attendance/leave management systems.
• Manage payroll processing and ensure adherence to statutory compliances (EPF, ESI, gratuity, etc.).
• Draft and review HR policies, employment contracts, offer letters, and official notices.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR and statutory documentation as per legal requirements.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Educational Qualification: MBA in Human Resources
• Experience: [Preferably 3-5+ years in a similar HR role in an IT or corporate environment]

Skills:

• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
• Strong organizational and administrative abilities
• Sound knowledge of labor laws and statutory regulations
• Proficient in MS Office and HR software tools

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
