While a basic understanding of motion graphics and video editing is preferred, it is not mandatory. Our selection process consists of multiple stages to identify skills, creativity, adaptability, and culture fit. This includes an Aptitude Test to assess graphic design knowledge, creativity, and problem-solving skills, a Task Submission requiring the creation of a graphic based on a brief, a Live Task & Presentation to evaluate practical skills, conceptual thinking, and ability to meet deadlines, and a Final Discussion covering expectations, growth opportunities, and stipend/future salary negotiations.
