Graphic Design Intern

As a Graphic Design Intern at Crobstacle, a Global Award-Winning Digital Transformation Firm located in Dehradun, you will have the opportunity to work on real client projects and learn industry-standard practices. Our internship program is designed to train, mentor, and develop passionate individuals into future creative leaders. We are looking for someone who is eager to collaborate on exciting projects, create engaging graphics for digital and print media, and grow with us. Your responsibilities will include creating graphics for various platforms such as social media posts, banners, and brochures, collaborating with content and marketing teams to bring creative ideas to life, assisting in branding and campaign development, and experimenting with typography, colors, and layouts to enhance visual communication. It is essential to adhere to timelines while maintaining high-quality output. We are seeking candidates with proficiency in tools like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, and Canva, a strong portfolio showcasing creative abilities, the ability to think creatively and contribute innovative ideas, and an eagerness to learn and grow in a startup environment. While a basic understanding of motion graphics and video editing is preferred, it is not mandatory. Our selection process consists of multiple stages to identify skills, creativity, adaptability, and culture fit. This includes an Aptitude Test to assess graphic design knowledge, creativity, and problem-solving skills, a Task Submission requiring the creation of a graphic based on a brief, a Live Task & Presentation to evaluate practical skills, conceptual thinking, and ability to meet deadlines, and a Final Discussion covering expectations, growth opportunities, and stipend/future salary negotiations.
