Social Media Manager (Full-Time - Dehradun Only)

Location: On-site (Dehradun ISBT/Clement Town)

Full-Time | Experience: 1–3 Years

• Develop and execute content calendars across LinkedIn, Instagram, X, and more
• Work closely with founders to shape

  brand voice and storytelling

• Manage daily posting, engagement, and community interactions
• Collaborate with design and content teams for reels, carousels, memes, and visuals
• Monitor performance analytics (reach, engagement, saves, CTR) and refine content accordingly
• Stay updated with trends, platform changes, and cultural moments

• Have 1–3 years of hands-on social media management experience (agency or brand side)
• Know how to write sharp copy that scroll-stops and converts
• Are obsessed with clean design, meaningful captions, and timely trends
• Can create reels and work with tools like Canva, CapCut, Notion, etc.
• Are self-driven, organized, and don’t need micromanagement
• Bonus: Experience in managing

  LinkedIn pages

  or founder brands is a huge plus
