UI/UX Designer

About the Role

We’re looking for a passionate UI/UX Designer who has a minimum experience of 1 - 2 years of experience and who blends creativity with strategy. Someone who doesn’t just design pretty screens, but creates meaningful user experiences. If you understand the power of design thinking and can turn business goals into engaging digital interfaces, you’ll fit right in at Two Stones.

Key Responsibilities

• Understand project requirements and user needs to translate them into intuitive UI/UX designs.
• Create wireframes, user flows, and prototypes using Figma.
• Design website interfaces, mobile app UIs, and web application layouts that are visually engaging and user-friendly.
• Develop visual assets such as banners, hero sections, icons, and digital creatives that align with the brand’s tone and message.
• Collaborate with the strategy, content, and development teams to ensure a seamless design-to-development handoff.
• Interact directly with clients to understand their requirements, present concepts, and justify design decisions with clarity and confidence.
• Stay updated on the latest design trends, tools, and technologies.

Required Skills

• Strong grasp of UI and UX principles and design thinking methodologies.
• Proficiency in Figma and other design tools (Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator preferred).
• Strong sense of visual design, layout, color, and typography.
• Ability to design for both web and mobile platforms.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Team player with the ability to take ownership from requirement gathering to client approval.

Bonus Points

• Experience with motion graphics or micro-interactions.
• Familiarity with development basics (HTML/CSS knowledge is a plus).
• A design portfolio showcasing real-world UI/UX projects.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
