At Agaetis Technologies, we design and build B2B SaaS products, ecommerce platforms, and high-performing digital experiences that help businesses grow. We’re looking for a talented UI/UX Designer who can craft intuitive interfaces and seamless user journeys that convert complexity into clarity.

UI/UX Designer Roles & Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product managers and developers to define product vision, interaction, and user experience strategies.
• Apply UX research methods including user interviews, journey mapping, and user flow creation to uncover insights and inform design decisions.
• Translate findings into high-fidelity wireframes, prototypes, and polished visual designs in tools like Figma.
• Execute all design stages—from concept and exploration to final handoff to engineering.
• Contribute to and evolve our design system, ensuring scalability, visual harmony, and consistency across all touchpoints.
• Conduct usability testing and analyze user feedback to continuously improve product experiences.
• Present design concepts and rationales clearly to stakeholders across teams.

UI/UX Designer Key skills Requirements

• Proven experience in UI/UX design, with a portfolio showcasing real-world projects and thoughtful problem-solving.
• Strong understanding of UX principles and methods for B2B and ecommerce products.
• Proficiency with modern design and prototyping tools (Figma preferred).
• Experience creating or maintaining design systems.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to present work confidently.
• Awareness of current design trends, accessibility best practices, and emerging design technologies.
• Experience working in Agile or collaborative product teams is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
