UI/UX Designer

ob Summary:

We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented UI/UX Engineer to design and develop intuitive, user-friendly interfaces for our web and mobile applications. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of user experience principles, front-end development technologies, and the ability to translate design concepts into functional, responsive interfaces.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and develop visually appealing, user-centered interfaces for web and mobile platforms.

Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to define user requirements and design goals.

Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to communicate design ideas effectively.

Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to improve user experience.

Implement responsive designs using modern front-end technologies (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, React, etc.).

Ensure consistency in UI elements and maintain design standards across products.

Optimize designs for speed, scalability, and accessibility.

Stay updated with current UI/UX trends, design tools, and emerging technologies.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field.

5 + years of proven experience in UI/UX design and front-end development.

Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or Photoshop.

Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and front-end frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.js.

Knowledge of usability principles, accessibility standards, and responsive design.

Experience in conducting user research and usability testing.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications (Good to Have):

Experience with motion design, micro-interactions, or animation tools.

Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git).

Knowledge of design systems and component libraries.

Experience in mobile-first or cross-platform design.

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
