Now, we’re looking for a Project Coordinator who can bring order, energy, and impact to our growing team.

What You’ll Do

• Coordinate projects across branding, digital marketing, website development, and content creation, ensuring timely delivery with zero compromise on quality.
• Act as the bridge between clients and our creative teams (designers, developers, content writers, strategists), maintaining clarity and alignment at every step.
• Manage timelines, resources, and expectations using tools like Asana, Clockify, Slack, Google Docs—and yes, keep everything running like clockwork.
• Communicate with confidence—whether it’s convincing a client about a strategy, or resolving roadblocks internally.
• Track progress, highlight risks early, and keep everyone focused on results, not just tasks.

What We’re Looking For

• Agency experience in managing multiple projects and clients.
• Strong project management skills with a knack for planning and execution.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills—someone who can win trust and keep momentum.
• Working knowledge of digital marketing, social media, branding, and website development.
• Ability to collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams and get work done—on time and with finesse.
• Comfort with project management and productivity tools (Asana, Clockify, Slack, Google Workspace).

Location: On-site at our Coimbatore office.

Experience Level: 1+ years in a digital/creative agency or similar role.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
