Job Summary We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating intuitive, user-centered designs that enhance user satisfaction and improve the overall usability of our digital products. You will collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to bring engaging and effective interfaces to life. Key Responsibilities Translate concepts into user flows, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes that lead to intuitive user experiences. Design and deliver high-fidelity UI mockups and prototypes for web and mobile applications. Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback to optimize existing user experiences. Collaborate with product managers and engineers to define and implement innovative solutions for product direction, visuals, and experience. Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices, and standards. Iterate designs based on usability testing, stakeholder feedback, and data analysis. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, tools, and technologies. Key Requirements: Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role. Strong portfolio showcasing UI design skills and UX thinking. Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar. Experience in user research, usability testing, and data-driven design. Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices. Familiarity with responsive design and accessibility standards. Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills. Preferred Qualifications Degree in Design, HCI, Computer Science, or a related field. Experience working in agile/scrum development environments. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
