We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer with a minimum of 3 years of proven experience in design-focused roles. This role requires someone who can combine user research, design thinking, and visual creativity to deliver intuitive and engaging digital experiences. The role is to design user interfaces and craft user experiences that are visually appealing, easy to navigate, and aligned with the business vision.

Roles and Responsibilities

• UI/UX Design & Development: Designing intuitive, visually appealing, and user-friendly digital interfaces while ensuring smooth and engaging user experiences across web and mobile platforms.
• User Research & Analysis: Conducting user interviews, surveys, and usability studies to understand user needs, pain points, and behaviors.
• Wireframing & Prototyping: Develop wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes to showcase user journeys, UI behavior, and product functionality.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Working closely with product managers, developers, and marketing teams to translate business requirements into user-friendly designs. Ensuring alignment between stakeholders while maintaining a user-first design approach.
• User-Centered Design Thinking: Apply empathy, creativity, and problem-solving skills to enhance usability and address user pain points effectively.
• Design Systems & Guidelines: Build and maintain style guides and design systems for consistency.
• Feedback & Iteration: Refine designs through feedback, usability testing, and continuous improvement.
• Trend Awareness: Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, frameworks, and best practices to drive innovation and quality.

Required Skills:

• Professional Experience: Minimum 3 years of proven UI/UX design experience with a strong portfolio.
• Design Principles: Strong foundation in typography, layout, visual hierarchy, and user-centered design.
• Accessibility & Color Theory: Knowledge of accessibility standards, inclusive design, and effective use of color.
• Tools Expertise: Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, Photoshop, Illustrator, and similar tools.
• CAD Knowledge: Familiarity with CAD tools/design software (advantageous for product visualization).
• Interactive Prototyping: Ability to create interactive wireframes, mockups, and high-fidelity prototypes.
• Communication & Presentation: Strong skills in articulating design ideas and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and maintain attention to detail.

Educational Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s/ Master's degree specifically in UI/UX Design, Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Digital Product Design, or a closely related field.
• A strong design portfolio demonstrating expertise in UI/UX-specific projects including relevant case studies is mandatory and will be a key factor in the evaluation process.

Pay: ₹28,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
