UI/UX Designer

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating engaging, user-friendly digital experiences by combining aesthetics with functionality. You will collaborate with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to design intuitive interfaces and improve user journeys across our platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements and user needs into intuitive and visually appealing interfaces.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to enhance product experiences.
• Develop wireframes, prototypes, and mockups for web and mobile applications.
• Collaborate with developers to ensure seamless design implementation.
• Maintain design consistency with established style guides, branding, and design systems.
• Stay updated with industry trends, design tools, and best practices.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or in a similar role.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, Photoshop, or Illustrator.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, responsive design, and accessibility standards.
• Experience in wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing.
• Basic understanding of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Strong portfolio showcasing previous UI/UX design projects.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience designing for both web and mobile applications.
• Knowledge of motion design, micro-interactions, or 3D design is a bonus.
• Familiarity with Agile development methodology.
