We are seeking a talented and passionate UI/UX Designer to join our growing team in India. You will be responsible for crafting intuitive, engaging, and aesthetically pleasing user experiences. This role requires a strong understanding of user-centered design principles, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to translate complex ideas into simple and effective designs.

Responsibilities

- Conduct user research, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing, to understand user needs, behaviors, and pain points.
- Translate research insights into user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups.
- Design intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for Convai playground, Convai website, etc.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders throughout the entire product development lifecycle.
- Develop and maintain design systems and style guides to ensure consistency across all products.
- Present and articulate design decisions to internal teams and stakeholders.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and technologies.
- Iterate on designs based on feedback, user testing, and data analysis.

Qualifications

- Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects.
- Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or similar.
- Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, information architecture, and usability best practices.
- Experience conducting user research and usability testing.
- Strong visual design skills with an understanding of typography, color theory, and layout.
- Ability to create clear and effective user flows, wireframes, and prototypes.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with software engineering is a bonus but not required
