UI/UX Designer

We are currently hiring an experienced and talented, user cantered UI/UX Designer to join a collaborative and innovative team to create visually delightful and easy-to-use digital products.

Role and Responsibilities:

• Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with product managers and engineers
• Illustrate design ideas using storyboards, process flows and sitemaps
• Design graphic user interface elements, like menus, tabs and widgets
• Build page navigation buttons and search fields
• Develop UI mock-ups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how sites function and look like
• Create original graphic designs (e.g. images, sketches and tables)
• Prepare and present rough drafts to internal teams and key stakeholders
• Identify and troubleshoot UX problems (e.g. responsiveness)
• Conduct layout adjustments based on user feedback
• Adhere to style standards on fonts, colors and images
• Solving complex user problems through user interface design
• Need a hardworking candidate
• Knowledge of Adobe range of products including Photoshop, Adobe XD, Illustrator, Graphic Design.

Required Skills

• Proven work experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role
• Portfolio of design projects
• Knowledge of wireframe tools (e.g. Wireframe.cc and InVision)
• Up-to-date knowledge of design software like Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
• Team spirit; strong communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders
• Good time-management skills
• BSc in Design, Computer Science or relevant field
• Hands-on experience on Figma.
• Must know how to create a prototype on Figma.
• Collaborating with Designers and Developers to create intuitive, user-friendly software
• Find creative ways to solve UX problems (e.g. usability, findability)
• Understand product specifications and user psychology
• Conduct concept and usability testing and gather feedback
• Must know the web and mobile app guidelines.
• Strong conceptualization & visual communication ability.
• Create a simple and user-friendly site flow & design.
• Execute all visuals from concept to design to the final stage.
• Ability to work done on time.

Software Knowledge

Adobe range software (Photoshop, illustrator, InDesign)

Wire framing software (Adobe XD, Figma)

Experience (min. 1 year required)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹34,107.46 per month
