Job Description:

MMT SOFTTECH is looking for a creative and passionate UI/UX Designer to join our design team. The ideal candidate should have a strong eye for clean and artful design and be able to translate high-level requirements into beautiful, intuitive, and functional user interfaces.

Key Responsibilities:

Design engaging user interfaces for mobile apps and websites.
Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups using Figma or Adobe XD.
Collaborate with developers and product managers to bring designs to life.
Conduct user research and usability testing to enhance design quality.
Maintain consistency in design elements and ensure responsive design.
Stay up to date with the latest UI/UX trends and best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

1–2 years of experience as a UI/UX Designer.
Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Photoshop, or Illustrator.
Strong understanding of User Interface Design, User Experience Principles, and Responsive Design.
Knowledge of mobile app and web design systems.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Strong attention to detail and creative problem-solving skills.
