Python Full Stack Developer cum Trainer (1+ Years Experience)

Laktotech Labs Pvt Ltd is seeking a passionate and skilled Python Full Stack Developer cum Trainer with 1+ years of experience. This is a dual-role position that combines full-stack development and delivering hands-on training sessions — both in-house and at partner colleges

Key Responsibilities:

Design and develop scalable web applications using Python, Django/Flask, and modern frontend technologies.

Build and maintain REST APIs, databases, and responsive UI components.

Deliver technical training sessions in colleges on topics including Python, Django, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, and other related technologies.

Conduct in-house training programs, both online and offline.

Prepare engaging training materials, real-time projects, and assessments.

Guide and mentor students, track their progress, and provide constructive feedback.

Collaborate with the development team on company projects when not training.

Continuously update course content based on industry trends and feedback.

Required Skills:

Strong proficiency in Python, Django or Flask.

Frontend skills: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and React (or similar frameworks).

Experience with MySQL/PostgreSQL, Git, and basic deployment.

Good understanding of full stack application architecture.

Excellent communication, public speaking, and presentation skills.

Willingness to travel to colleges as needed for training programs.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.

Minimum 1 year of professional experience in full stack development.

Prior experience in teaching/training is a strong advantage.
