We’re looking for a UI/UX Designer who thrives in challenging domains, especially in healthcare, insurance, and complex B2B SaaS ecosystems. If you’ve worked on 0→1 product journeys, crafted dashboards and design systems, and enjoy shaping structured design processes — we want you on our team.

Responsibilities

• Lead design efforts for B2B SaaS products, focusing on healthcare and insurance solutions.
• Drive 0→1 product design: from early concepts to production-ready solutions.
• Design dashboards, workflows, and complex system interfaces that balance usability and business needs.
• Build and maintain design systems, style guides, and component libraries to ensure consistency and scalability.
• Conduct secondary research (content analysis, user flows, information architecture) to guide product direction.
• Collaborate with business teams, engineers, and stakeholders to align design with product strategy.
• Create clear documentation to support cross-functional collaboration and design handoffs.
• Use Figma, FigJam, and AI-powered design tools to accelerate workflows and bring ideas to life.

Required Skills and Experience

• 3+ years of proven experience as a UI/UX Designer.
• Hands-on experience designing for healthcare/insurance projects (US healthcare experience is a strong plus).
• Background in B2B SaaS with exposure to complex products, dashboards, and workflows.
• Experience working in 0–1 startup environments with high ambiguity.
• Strong skills in secondary research, information architecture, and design documentation.
• Excellent stakeholder management and cross-team communication skills.
• Expertise in Figma, FigJam, and new-age AI tools for design and ideation.
• Comfortable working in a US shift (6:30 PM – 3:30 AM IST).
