UI/UX Designer (2-3 Years Experience) Location: Mohali (Phase 7 Industrial Area) At PRONOTA, we’re looking for a talented UI/UX Designer who can independently handle multiple design projects while delivering clean, conversion-optimized, user-friendly designs across different platforms. Role Overview: You will design and optimize websites, mobile apps, SaaS dashboards, landing pages, funnels, and eCommerce stores using modern tools and UI kits. You'll work closely with our team to create designs that not only look beautiful but are also strategically built for performance and user experience. Responsibilities: Design & redesign full web apps, mobile apps, dashboards, landing pages, funnels, and eCommerce stores. Create wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs. Apply modern design systems (Shadcn UI, Material UI, Tailwind UI, Ant Design, etc.) Conduct UX analysis, CRO improvements, and usability fixes on existing platforms. Use tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator. Analyze user behavior using heatmaps, A/B tests, and analytics tools. Deliver designs independently and collaborate with the development team. Build strong branding and scalable design systems. Requirements: 2-3 years of professional UI/UX design experience. Strong portfolio with web & mobile app designs, funnels, eCommerce, and dashboards. Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe Suite. Experience with modern UI kits (Shadcn, Material UI, Tailwind UI). Solid understanding of UX principles and CRO strategies. Ability to analyze and fix UX issues using tools like Hotjar, Google Analytics, etc. Strong communication, detail-oriented, problem-solving mindset.
