Role Overview:

We are looking for a talented UI/UX Designer based in Kerala, India, to join our team part-time in a remote capacity. This role includes responsibilities in both product development and marketing design. You will work closely with our product, sales, and marketing teams to deliver user-friendly, visually engaging, and goal-oriented designs. This part-time role is ideal for someone who wants to grow with us and may lead to a full-time position in the near future.

Product Design

• Design clean, intuitive, and responsive interfaces for our learning platform
• Create user flows, wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and prototypes using Figma
• Collaborate with frontend developers to ensure design implementation is accurate and consistent
• Improve platform usability through research and feedback
• Maintain and enhance our design system and visual guidelines

Marketing & Sales Design

• Design social media creatives, ad banners, and promotional assets
• Create branded pitch decks and slide presentations
• Develop landing pages and visuals for student club engagement and lead generation
• Produce user-friendly and market-driven visuals that support outreach, sales, and onboarding
• Work with the sales and marketing team to deliver consistent and high-impact materials

Required Skills

• 1 to 3 years of experience in UI/UX design or visual communication
• Strong portfolio with examples of both web and visual design work
• Proficiency in Figma is required
• Familiarity with design principles, accessibility, and responsive layout
• Strong communication and time-management skills
• Based in Kerala and able to work remotely with a reliable internet connection

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Webflow, or Tailwind CSS
• Background in motion design or video editing
• Exposure to EdTech or SaaS platforms
• Experience working with remote or startup teams
