About the Role

UI/UX Designer

UK shift (1:30 PM – 10:30 PM IST)

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate directly with the

  Novara Consult UK team

  , developers, and project managers to translate requirements into user-friendly design solutions.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and polished high-fidelity UI designs for web and mobile applications.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to refine and improve designs.
• Deliver responsive and accessible designs optimized for multiple platforms and devices.
• Ensure alignment with client branding while suggesting innovative, user-first improvements.
• Communicate design decisions clearly and confidently to UK-based stakeholders.
• Work closely with developers for pixel-perfect design implementation.
• Adapt quickly to client feedback and project changes.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience as a

  UI/UX Designer

  , with a portfolio showcasing web and mobile design projects.
• Proficiency in tools like

  Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch

  .
• Strong grasp of typography, color theory, layout, and design principles.
• Excellent written and spoken English — ability to interact professionally with

  UK clients

  .
• Understanding of responsive and adaptive design standards.
• Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JS is a plus.
• Ability to work effectively in the

  UK shift (1:30 PM – 10:30 PM IST)

  from Camac Street, Kolkata.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Computer Science, or related field.
• Experience with A/B testing, analytics, and user data-driven design.
• Knowledge of accessibility standards and inclusive design practices.
• Prior experience working with international teams, particularly in the UK/Europe.
