About the Role

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer who also brings strong graphic design skills. In this role, you will be responsible for designing intuitive digital experiences and crafting compelling visual assets that elevate our brand. This is an individual contributor position, ideal for someone who thrives in hands-on design work and wants to shape both product interfaces and brand visuals.

Key Responsibilities

• Design user-centric interfaces for web and mobile applications with a focus on usability, accessibility, and aesthetics.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to translate requirements into engaging digital experiences.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and apply insights to improve product design.
• Collaborate with product managers and developers to ensure seamless design implementation.
• Develop branding and marketing collaterals (banners, social media creatives, presentations, infographics, etc.).
• Maintain design consistency across digital products and brand assets.
• Stay updated with latest UI/UX trends, tools, and graphic design practices.

Required Skills & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Fine Arts, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• 2–5 years of proven experience in UI/UX design with a strong portfolio.
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools (Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, InVision, etc.).
• Strong expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects preferred).
• Experience in typography, color theory, and layout design.
• Understanding of responsive design and cross-platform compatibility.
• Basic knowledge of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JS) is a plus.
• Strong visual storytelling and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple design tasks in an on-site setup.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
