UI/UX Designer

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer to craft seamless user experiences and visually compelling interfaces for our AI-powered platform.

Role Overview: As a UI/UX Designer you will be responsible for designing user-centered interfaces and experiences that make complex AI-driven IT management tools accessible and enjoyable to use. You’ll work closely with product managers, developers, and data scientists to translate user needs into engaging digital solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mock-ups for web and mobile applications.
• Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to gather feedback and improve designs.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to ensure design feasibility and quality.
• Create intuitive user flows, interaction models, and visual design systems.
• Ensure consistency and adherence to brand guidelines across all digital touchpoints.
• Advocate for user-centered design principles throughout the product development lifecycle.
• Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices.

Qualifications:

• 5-7 years’ experience in UI/UX design, preferably for web applications. (Freshers and candidates below 3 yrs of experience need not apply).
• Strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
• Experience conducting user research and usability testing. Solid understanding of responsive design principles and accessibility standards.
• Basic knowledge of frontend technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to balance user needs, business goals, and technical constraints.
• Passion for designing intuitive and delightful user experiences

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
