UI/UX Designer

Experience: 3–4 Years

Position Overview:

We are looking for a talented and creative UI/UX Designer with 3–4 years of professional experience to join our design team.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in UI/UXdesign using Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, After Effects), along with a solidunderstanding of graphic design and animation.

If you have a passion for creating visually engaging interfaces, designing digital content like carousels, blogs, infographics, and illustrations — and can bring ideas to life with simple motiongraphics or Instagram-style videos — we’d love to see your work!

Design intuitive, user-centered interfaces for web and mobile applications using Figma.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (developers, product managers, and marketing)to understand project goals and translate them into effective design solutions.

Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-Ƭ delity UI designs.

Develop engaging graphic assets such as carousels, blog visuals, infographics, and illustrations for digital use.

Use Photoshop and After Effects to create and edit visuals, as well as simple animationsor short videos for social media (e.g., Instagram Reels, product demos).Maintain visual consistency through design systems and brand guidelines.

Stay updated with current UI/UX trends, design tools, and motion design techniques.

Responsibilities:

Bachelor’s degree in Design, Visual Communication, or related field (preferred but not mandatory).
3–4 years of professional experience in UI/UX and visual design.Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects).

Strong knowledge of graphic design principles — layout, typography, and color theory.

Experience designing for digital platforms such as websites, mobile apps, and socialmedia.

Basic understanding of motion design and the ability to create simple animations orvideos.

A keen eye for detail, aesthetics, and user-centered design.
