Role Overview

GoMindz is hiring a UI/UX Designer with 0 to 2 years of experience who has a strong design foundation, hands-on experience with Figma components, and a clear understanding of responsive design. This role requires practical exposure to AI tools and prompting techniques as part of the design workflow. Following a defined UI/UX process is mandatory for this position.

Key Responsibilities

• Design user-friendly and visually consistent interfaces for web and mobile applications.
• Work strictly within the defined UI/UX design process, including research, wireframing, UI design, and handoff.
• Use Figma components and variants to build scalable, reusable, and maintainable design systems.
• Create fully responsive designs that adapt across desktop, tablet, and mobile breakpoints.
• Use AI tools and effective prompting techniques to support ideation, UX flows, content generation, and UI improvements.
• Collaborate closely with product managers and developers to understand requirements and deliver accurate design outputs.
• Maintain design consistency across products by following established guidelines and patterns.
• Support graphic and UI design requirements for branding, marketing, or internal assets when needed.

Mandatory Requirements

• Fresher to 2 years of experience in UI/UX design.
• Strong working knowledge of Figma, especially components, variants, auto-layout, and prototyping.
• Clear understanding of responsive design principles and layout systems.
• Hands-on experience with AI tools and strong prompting skills applied to design workflows.
• Ability to strictly follow a structured UI/UX design process without deviation.
• Good communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative team environment.

Good to Have

• Experience in graphic design and visual branding.
• Strong sense of UI aesthetics, typography, spacing, and color systems.
• Basic understanding of developer handoff and design documentation.
