This role requires practical exposure to AI tools and prompting techniques as part of the design workflow. Following a defined UI/UX process is mandatory for this position. Key Responsibilities Design user-friendly and visually consistent interfaces for web and mobile applications. Work strictly within the defined UI/UX design process, including research, wireframing, UI design, and handoff. Use Figma components and variants to build scalable, reusable, and maintainable design systems. Create fully responsive designs that adapt across desktop, tablet, and mobile breakpoints. Use AI tools and effective prompting techniques to support ideation, UX flows, content generation, and UI improvements. Collaborate closely with product managers and developers to understand requirements and deliver accurate design outputs. Maintain design consistency across products by following established guidelines and patterns. Support graphic and UI design requirements for branding, marketing, or internal assets when needed. Mandatory Requirements Fresher to 2 years of experience in UI/UX design. Strong working knowledge of Figma, especially components, variants, auto-layout, and prototyping. Clear understanding of responsive design principles and layout systems. Hands-on experience with AI tools and strong prompting skills applied to design workflows. Ability to strictly follow a structured UI/UX design process without deviation. Good communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative team environment. Good to Have Experience in graphic design and visual branding. Strong sense of UI aesthetics, typography, spacing, and color systems.
