UIUX Designer

As a UI/UX Designer, you will be responsible for designing user interfaces and experiences for web and mobile applications. This includes creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups based on product requirements. You will conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to continuously improve designs. Collaboration with cross-functional teams is essential to ensure design feasibility and alignment with business goals. Additionally, you will maintain and evolve design systems, guidelines, and best practices, while staying up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies. Key Responsibilities: - Design user interfaces and experiences for web and mobile applications - Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups based on product requirements - Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to improve designs - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design feasibility and alignment with business goals - Maintain and evolve design systems, guidelines, and best practices - Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies Qualifications Required: - Bachelors degree in Design, Computer Science, or related field - 01 year of experience in UI/UX design - Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Suite - Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and responsive design - Ability to create interactive prototypes and mockups - Good communication and collaboration skills - Attention to detail and a strong sense of aesthetics The company prefers candidates with a basic understanding of frontend technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript), experience with design systems and component libraries, familiarity with accessibility standards and guidelines, experience conducting usability tests and analyzing results, and familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
