UI/UX Designer

Job Title: UI UX Designer

Location: Fonix Technologies, Vardhman Nagar-A, Patrakar Colony, Gopalpura Bypass, Near 200 Feet Bypass, Jaipur, Rajasthan 302019.
Experience: 2 to 3 years of relevant experience as UI UX Designer
Employment Type: Full-Time (On-Site)

Key Responsibilities:

• Create user-friendly UI designs for web and mobile applications.
• Design wireframes, mockups, and prototypes using tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to improve design effectiveness.
• Develop interactive prototypes to communicate design ideas.
• Collaborate with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless UI/UX implementation.
• Optimize existing UI designs based on user feedback and analytics.
• Maintain design consistency and brand identity across all products.
• Stay updated with latest UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices.

Required Skills & Technical Expertise:

✅ UI Design Tools: Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch.
✅ Graphic Design: Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator (Preferred).✅ Wireframing & Prototyping: Experience in interactive UI prototyping.✅ User Research: Ability to conduct user interviews and usability testing.✅ Typography & Color Theory: Strong understanding of design principles.✅ Basic Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript (Preferred but not mandatory).✅ Understanding of Design Systems & Style Guides.

Preferred Skills (Good to Have):

• Experience with Motion Graphics & Animation (Lottie, After Effects).
• Knowledge of Accessibility (WCAG) and Responsive Design principles.
• Basic understanding of front-end development for design handoff.
• Familiarity with Design Thinking & Agile Methodologies.
