Department Overview

The Frontend System Development team oversees development for all payment-related services, including a flagship mobile application that serves as a gateway to a broader FinTech ecosystem. Our mission is to attract and delight users with robust, intuitive, and convenient services that support their daily lives.

The team handles a wide range of user-facing services, including service sites, campaigns, advertisements, and core mobile app functionality. Development is carried out using a hybrid mobile app approach, enabling flexibility and scalability.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the development and evolution of a mobile payment application.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business goals and technical constraints, translating them into effective design solutions.
• Lead design initiatives to address business challenges and improve user experience.
• Take ownership of product areas and continuously enhance product strategy and usability.
• Promote a culture of knowledge sharing and continuous learning within the team.

Mandatory Qualifications

• Proven experience in mobile application design and prototyping.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating relevant expertise.
• Proficiency with industry-standard design tools (e.g., Figma).
• Experience using data analysis and user research to drive design decisions.
• Familiarity with design systems and web accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG).
• Ability to align technical and business stakeholders to ensure project success.

Desired Qualifications

• Experience in Information Architecture (IA), information design, and customer journey mapping.
• Background in user research and usability testing.
• Understanding of how AI and Machine Learning can enhance product design.
• Basic knowledge of web and/or mobile development principles.
