Position: Candidates with 0-5 years of experience will be considered for Backend Engineer, and Candidates with 6+ years of experience will be considered for Sr Backend Engineer.
Salary: Backend Engineer (53 lahks INR base salary), Sr Backend Engineer (65 lahks INR base salary). RSUs not available, bonus is dependent on individual performance.
Interview flow: The first step is an online assessment, where candidates will be given 75 minutes to solve 2 easy, 1 medium, 1 hard lc. Only one chance will be given for the online assessment, so only candidates who are up-to-date with leetcode are recommended to apply.
Requirements:
3+ years experience in C++ in a corporate environment
3+ years experience as a backend engineer in a corporate environment (excluding internships)
