UI/UX Designer

ROLE OVERVIEW: 

We’re looking for someone who’s insanely creative, doesn’t wait around for detailed instructions, and just gets what good design feels like. If you have a solid eye for user-first design, love solving problems through clean, intuitive interfaces, and can bring ideas to life with minimal hand-holding,we’d love to have you on board!

As a UI/UX designer, you will be responsible for end to end design processes starting from making wireframes to high fidelity working prototypes. You will closely work with product and marketing teams to bring ideas to life ensuring a seamless experience for the users.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define user needs and business goals.
• Create wireframes, user flows, mockups, and interactive prototypes.
• Design pixel-perfect, responsive UI components.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and convert actionable insights into functional design improvements.
• Work closely with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs.

WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR 

• 0–2 years of experience in UI/UX design (internships and freelance work count!).
• Strong portfolio demonstrating your design process, UX thinking, and visual design skills.
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe XD or sketch.
• Understanding of basic front-end principles (HTML/CSS is a plus, not a must).
• Passion for solving problems through user-centered design.
• Attention to detail, a good eye for aesthetics, and a love for clean, minimal design.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

YOU GET BONUS POINTS IF YOU HAVE 

• Experience working in early-stage startups or on product designs from scratch.
• Motion design or animation skills (e.g., After Effects, Lottie).
• Basic knowledge of accessibility standards and best practices.
