About The Role

We are seeking an experienced and creative UI/UX Designer with 45 years of professional experience in designing user-centric digital products. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in user research, wireframing, prototyping, and creating intuitive user interfaces for web and mobile applications.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to define and implement innovative UI/UX solutions.
Conduct user research, usability testing, and feedback sessions to understand user behavior and needs.
Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps to communicate interaction and design ideas.
Develop high-fidelity designs, mockups, and interactive prototypes using industry-standard tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, InVision, etc.).
Ensure designs are responsive, accessible, and aligned with brand guidelines and design systems.
Stay updated on UI/UX trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.
Work closely with the development team to ensure seamless design-to-development handoff.

Requirements

4 - 5 years of proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role.
Strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX projects for web and mobile applications.
Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, Illustrator, Photoshop, or similar tools.
Solid understanding of design systems, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing.
Experience with responsive and adaptive design principles.
Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and front-end development basics (a plus, not mandatory).
Strong communication, presentation, and collaboration skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Nice To Have

Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
Familiarity with motion design, animations, or micro-interactions.
Understanding of accessibility (WCAG standards) and inclusive design practices.

Education :

Bachelors degree in Design, or related field (or equivalent experience).(ref:hirist.tech)
