UI/UX Designer

Role Overview

UI/UX Designer

Key Responsibilities

Conduct user research and translate insights into design solutions.
Create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to communicate design ideas.
Design user interfaces for web and mobile applications with a strong focus on usability.
Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs.
Conduct usability testing and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
Stay updated on current design trends, best practices, and emerging tools.
Work with branding and marketing teams to ensure consistency across platforms.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Design, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or in a similar role.
Proficiency in design tools such as
Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or Photoshop
.
Strong understanding of
user-centered design principles
and responsive design.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Portfolio showcasing past UI/UX projects (required).

Nice to Have

Experience working with web or mobile app development teams.
Knowledge of front-end development basics (HTML/CSS/JS).
Familiarity with design systems and accessibility guidelines (WCAG).
