About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Design 

  intuitive, pixel-perfect interfaces

   for web & mobile applications.
• Use tools like 

  Figma, Canva, Lovable, Bolt.new, and other AI design assistants

   to speed up workflows.
• Create 

  wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and polished UI designs

  .
• Conduct 

  user research, usability testing, and data-driven iterations

  .
• Build and manage 

  design systems, style guides, and reusable components

  .
• Collaborate with developers for 

  accurate execution of designs

  .
• Apply 

  accessibility (WCAG)

   and 

  responsive design

   principles.
• Contribute 

  innovative ideas

   to enhance features and user experiences.
• Mentor junior designers and promote a 

  collaborative design culture

  .

Required Qualifications

• 2–5 years of proven experience in 

  UI/UX design

  .
• Proficiency in 

  Figma, Canva, Lovable, Bolt.new, Sketch, Adobe XD

   (or similar).
• Understanding of 

  HTML, CSS, JavaScript

   to align with dev teams.
• Hands-on experience with 

  wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity visuals

  .
• Knowledge of 

  user research, usability testing, and user-centered design

  .
• Detail-oriented with a 

  passion for user-first, modern design

  .
• Strong 

  communication & teamwork

   skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with 

  AI-driven or data-heavy platforms

  .
• Familiarity with 

  InVision, Framer, Lottie

   for advanced prototyping/animations.
• Strong understanding of 

  WCAG 2.1 accessibility standards

  .
• Experience in 

  dashboards, data visualization, and enterprise UI

  .
• Keen on 

  emerging AI + design trends

   and quick adoption of new tools.
