Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled UI/UX Designer with minimum 1-2 years of professional experience in designing mobile and web applications. If you are passionate about crafting seamless, engaging, and user-friendly experiences, we want to hear from you! Responsibilities: Understand project requirements and user needs to design intuitive and impactful experiences. Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs for mobile and web apps. Conduct user research, usability testing, and incorporate feedback into design iterations. Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to bring designs to life. Ensure design consistency, brand alignment, and responsive behavior across different platforms.Stay updated with the latest UI/UX best practices, trends, and technologies. Requirements: Minimum 1-2 years of hands-on UI/UX design experience. Strong portfolio demonstrating delivery of both mobile and web applications. Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or equivalent design tools. Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, responsive design, and accessibility standards. Excellent communication, collaboration, and time management skills. Bonus Points: Experience working in agile development environments. Basic front-end development knowledge (HTML/CSS/JS).
