About the role:

UI/UX Design Lead

What will you get to do?

• Lead and define design strategy and user experience across Web3 products and digital interfaces.
• Translate complex blockchain concepts into intuitive, human-centered experiences.
• Conduct user research to understand decentralized user journeys, pain points, and adoption barriers.
• Create scalable design systems that align with brand and accessibility standards across multiple products.
• Collaborate with product, tech, and engineering teams to ship seamless, high-quality user experiences.
• Mentor designers and ensure consistent design quality across the product ecosystem.

Skills & Qualifications:

• 6+ years of hands-on experience in UI/UX design, including proven leadership in driving design strategy and execution.
• Portfolio demonstrating exceptional design craft, user flows, and system thinking—preferably across Web3, fintech, or tech products.
• Expertise in Figma, Adobe XD, and prototyping tools (Framer, Webflow, Miro, etc.).
• Solid understanding of Design Systems, visual styling, prototyping, and user flows.
• Strong grasp of front-end (HTML/CSS) and ability to collaborate closely with developers.
