UiPath Developer with L2 Support - Bengaluru

Experienced UiPath Developer with minimum 3 - 4 years of hands-on experience in Robotic Process Automation (RPA) development and production support, including work on Continuous Integration/Continuous Improvement (CICI) processes. The candidate will be responsible for the full lifecycle of automation development, deployment, and ongoing maintenance with a critical focus on 24/7 support and shift-based work schedules.

Role & responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy end-to-end UiPath automation workflows tailored to business processes.
• Collaborate closely with business analysts, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to gather automation requirements and translate them into scalable RPA solutions.• Participate in Continuous Integration and Continuous Improvement (CICI) activities to streamline and enhance automation pipelines.• Provide 24/7 production support, including timely troubleshooting, incident management, and root cause analysis to minimize downtime of automated bots.• Monitor robot performance and manage UiPath Orchestrator environments, including scheduling, logging, and workload management.• Perform code reviews, update automation scripts, and ensure adherence to security and compliance standards.• Maintain comprehensive documentation including runbooks, technical specifications, and support guides.• Work in rotating or fixed shifts as required to support 24/7 operational environments.• Assist in mentoring junior developers and participate in knowledge-sharing sessions to promote best practices and technical excellence.• Stay updated on the latest UiPath features, RPA trends, and industry developments to continuously improve automation strategies.

Preferred candidate profile

• Minimum 3 - 4 years of experience in UiPath RPA development, deployment, and support.
• Strong expertise in UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, Robots, and related automation components.• Experience with Continuous Integration/Continuous Improvement (CICI) processes in RPA projects.• Proven ability to provide 24/7 production support, including incident resolution and escalation management.• Good understanding of automation best practices, debugging techniques, and security compliance.• Comfortable working in shift-based schedules supporting critical business operations.• Familiarity with related technologies such as SQL, API integration, and Document Understanding is an advantage.• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.

Note: This will be rotational shift and hybrids mode from Bengaluru office.
