Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Manage and grow existing client accounts while identifying and converting new business opportunities.
Develop a strong understanding of client needs and provide tailored business solutions.
Drive the full B2B sales cycle from prospecting and pitching to closing deals and post-sales support.
Prepare proposals, presentations, and business documentation for potential clients.
Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, technical, delivery) to ensure client expectations are met.
Track account metrics, generate performance reports, and maintain CRM data.
Ensure client satisfaction and manage issue resolution in a timely manner.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitors.

Key Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
3+ years of proven experience in B2B Sales, Account Management, or Business Development.
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho).
Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Willingness to work from the Pune office.
