Role Description

We are seeking a full-time, on-site Account Manager to join our team in Ghaziabad. The Account Manager will oversee client accounts, build and maintain strong client relationships, ensure satisfaction, and identify new business opportunities. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing client communications, tracking accounts' progress, collaborating with internal teams for seamless service delivery, and addressing client queries. Additionally, the role will involve analyzing account performance and providing regular insights to clients for achieving business objectives.
