Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Account Manager role located in Seoni. The Account Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining strong client relationships, identifying and addressing client needs, and ensuring client satisfaction. Responsibilities include managing accounts, providing excellent customer service, developing strategies to meet client goals, and ensuring timely delivery of services or products. Additional duties may include negotiating contracts, tracking performance metrics, and facilitating clear communication between clients and internal teams.
