Job Title: Senior Developer / Technical Lead / Solution Architect (Web Development | Azure | Python | ReactJS / NodeJS) Experience: 5+ Years Location: Bangalore (Work From Office) Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Developer / Technical Lead / Solution Architect with a strong foundation in Web Development, combined with expertise in Azure Cloud, Python, and either ReactJS or NodeJS. The ideal candidate will be responsible for solutioning, designing, and full-cycle development of scalable cloud-based web applications. Key Responsibilities: Architect and develop modern, responsive, and secure web applications using Python, ReactJS or NodeJS on Azure. Translate business requirements into technical designs and scalable cloud solutions. Lead full-stack development efforts, ensuring high performance and maintainability. Own the solution architecture, technical strategy, and design reviews for new applications. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including DevOps, QA, and Product to deliver end-to-end solutions. Mentor junior developers and ensure adherence to coding and design standards. Manage deployments, monitor performance, and troubleshoot production issues. Mandatory Skills: Proven experience (5+ years) in web application development (Frontend + Backend). Strong programming skills in Python. Hands-on experience with ReactJS or NodeJS. Solid experience with Azure Cloud services (App Services, Functions, Storage, Key Vault, etc.). Strong understanding of solution architecture and microservices. Familiarity with REST APIs, authentication (OAuth2, JWT), and security best practices. Proficient with DevOps concepts and tools (CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes, Git). Preferred Qualifications: Azure Certifications (e.g., AZ-204, AZ-305). Familiarity with GraphQL, serverless architecture, and modern design patterns. Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams.
