Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a UI/UX Developer. The UI/UX Developer will be responsible for designing and implementing user interface components, creating wireframes, prototypes, and mockups. The role involves conducting user research, testing, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve user experience and ensure design consistency across all platforms. The UI/UX Developer will also work on front-end development to translate design into functional code. You will collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to create intuitive, visually appealing, and user-centric designs that drive customer satisfaction and business success.

Responsibilities:

Design wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups for web and mobile applications.
Develop and implement user interface components using modern front-end technologies
Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and improve designs
Work closely with developers to ensure accurate implementation of UI/UX designs
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement innovative solutions for product direction, visuals, and experience
Maintain consistency in design and branding across all products
Stay updated on the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and technologies

Qualifications

Proven experience as a UI/UX Developer or similar role
Strong portfolio demonstrating UI/UX design skills and problem-solving ability
Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar
Solid understanding of front-end technologies like HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks (React, Angular, Vue.js, etc.)
Knowledge of responsive and adaptive design principles
Experience with user research methods and usability testing
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Attention to detail and a user-first mindset
Bachelor’s degree in Design, Computer Science, or related field preferred
5+ yrs of experience.
