Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a UI/UX Designer. The UI/UX Designer will be responsible for creating user-centric designs, developing visual designs, and mockups. Day-to-day tasks include collaborating with development teams for front-end development, ensuring a seamless user experience (UX), and designing user interfaces (UI).

Responsibilities:

• Skills in Visual Design, Mockups
• Proficiency in User Experience (UX) and User Interface (UI) Design
• Experience in Front-End Development
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
• Lead end-to-end UI/UX design for web and mobile applications—from concept to final implementation.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to guide design decisions.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using modern design tools.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to ensure seamless design implementation.
• Develop and maintain design systems, style guides, and component libraries.
• Stay updated on design trends, usability best practices, and emerging technologies.
• Translate complex business requirements into intuitive and engaging user experiences.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 8+ years of proven experience in UI/UX design for digital products or enterprise applications.
• Expertise in tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar.
• Strong understanding of responsive, accessible, and interactive design principles.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to articulate design concepts and user insights.
• Portfolio showcasing high-quality design work across web and mobile platforms is mandatory.
• Experience working in agile environments.
• Knowledge of front-end fundamentals (HTML/CSS/JS) is a plus.
• Familiarity with branding and visual identity design.
